- 11.5% Room Tax will be added to total rental fee.
- $500.00 Service fee to be added for all group bookings.
- Rates are based on a two-night minimum, 12 Rooms. (If booking 9 or more rooms, group rates will apply.
- Two people per room, maximum occupancy.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless by proor arrangement.
- Check out time is 12 noon.
- Rates include complimentary continental breakfast and evening wine hour.
- Advance Payment: 50% advance payment is required at time of reservation with major credit card. Remainder to be paid 14 days in advance of check in.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $200 processing fee.
Cancellations made between 60 and 14 days of check in will forfeit the 50% advance payment. Cancellations made within 14 days of check in will be refunded only the amount we can recoup from re-rentals.
- A schedule of all activities and events will be discussed with Ballantines staff at least 14 days prior to check in. There may be additional charges for events and activities. Please see "Terms for Special Events."
- Group organizer will provide Ballantines with a list of people to stay in each room, 7 days before check in.
